What’s different about it

This is a firm corrector, not a cushion. It is meant to be felt.

1. Start with 30 minutes a day. Don’t go longer in the first week.
2. Build up gradually towards one to three hours a session as it starts to feel normal.
3. Once it feels comfortable at that length, you can wear it overnight.
4. Wear it while you’re resting — on the sofa, watching TV, reading, or asleep. It is not designed to be worn inside shoes or while walking around.

It usually takes one to two weeks before it stops feeling like something new on your foot. That’s normal. If it ever hurts rather than simply feels firm, loosen the knob a turn or take it off.
